Kate Radley received her B.A. in Psychology from Colby College in 1996.  After working as a therapist with a Victim Services Center for two years, she decided to pursue graduate work in both social work and law.  Originally from the east coast, she moved to Colorado to participate in the dual degree program at the University of Denver.  She received her M.S.W. in 2001 and her J.D. in 2002.

As a solo practitioner, Kate specializes in family and juvenile law exclusively.  As a guardian ad litem and Special Advocate, she represents the best interests of children in neglect cases and high conflict divorces.  As a social worker and attorney, Kate has a unique background to handle emotionally charged divorce matters with both a therapeutic perspective and legal expertise.  She has been a member of Rocky Mountain Collaborative Professionals since 2002.
